APRIL GARCIA, OFFICE MANAGER, REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

April has nearly three decades of dental care experience and has been with our dental office since 1998. She loves working directly with patients at Boyles General Dentistry. As the dental office manager, April wears many hats, but no matter what she’s doing, April is dedicated to helping patients achieve their optimal level of oral health. April and her loving husband are the proud parents of four wonderful children and pet parents to three dogs they rescued from the shelter. Outside the dental office, April enjoys camping, shopping, and participating in church activities at Redeemer Lutheran.

THERESA YOUNG, ASSISTANT MANAGER, INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Theresa has 25+ years of dental experience. She has a passion for dentistry and people. She loves to help patients create new and improved smiles. Theresa is knowledgeable about dental insurance and can help patients achieve the maximum use of their dental benefits. Theresa has a fabulous daughter and spoiled rescue Yorkie. When she is not in the dental office she enjoys reading, spending time with family and working out.

Valerie Lujan, Head DENTAL ASSISTANT

I am a dental assistant who graduated from Kaplan College in Midland, Texas. I have been a dental assistant for 13 years and love helping people to improve their smiles. In addition to being a registered dental assistant, I am also certified in CPR and Nitrous Oxide. I have 4 beautiful daughters, enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends and watching the Dallas Cowboy football games. I look forward to meeting you!

Myra Nelson, REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

My name is Myra and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I am also certified in nitrous oxide. I have been working in the dental field for 3+ years and I absolutely love what I do! I am intrigued by anything dental and get excited by the opportunity to learn something new. I enjoy interacting with patients, but more than anything, I am passionate about helping other people gain confidence through a beautiful smile. I am also a believer in Jesus Christ, and I am passionate about sharing his love with those around me. When I am not in the dental office, I enjoy spending time with family, shopping, reading, and attending church activities or conferences.

Rosie Rizo, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Rosie has been a registered hygienist for 20 years! Her favorite part of dentistry is working with children and periodontal patients. Rosie has a vast amount of knowledge in the hygiene field and loves helping patients achieve optimum dental care. In addition, Rosie is also certified in laser use to kill periodontal bacteria and carries her nitrous oxide certification. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, playing with her dog, and taking photographs.

Sarah Lead Dental Assistant

Raised here in Midland, Sarah has been our lead dental assistant for a few years. After graduating from Midland College, she earned her certifications in dental assistance, CPR/BLS, OSHA, and HIPPA; she’s now getting her dental hygiene license at Howard College. Outside the office, you’ll often find her spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog. She also loves to hang out near the water – her major hobbies include swimming and traveling to rivers and lakes. In fact, Sarah even teaches swim lessons during the summer!

Michelle Boyles, Office Manager

Michelle is our practice’s excellent office manager. That’s no surprise, given her education at Angelo State University and her prior work as a registered nurse. Plus, she loves interacting with staff and patients in her effort to grow the dental business. As for outside the office, though, her passion is her family – her husband and their son Bruce, as well as their two dogs. Still, she does make time for hobbies like cooking, organizing events, and swimming. (As a former competitive swimmer, in fact, Michelle had Olympic qualifying times for her freestyle and backstroke!)
